💼 About This Role

You'll own the processes that take our vision test kiosks from partial to final assembly as we scale production. You'll drive quality and consistency across domestic and overseas operations, managing supplier relationships and leading DFM and DFA efforts with product engineering. This role has a leadership trajectory, growing into managing a team as Eyebot scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Refine manufacturing readiness for production model
• Lead DFM and DFA efforts with mechanical teams
• Own process development and documentation for kiosk assembly
• Identify and qualify contract manufacturers and suppliers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in manufacturing or design engineering
• Experience taking electromechanical products from prototype to mass production
• Strong grasp of DFM/DFA principles and process control
• Experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceutical, automotive)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and product safety testing
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related engineering discipline
