Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Multiple years experience managing TAM, presales, or equivalent technical solutions teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing recruitment process and scaling a team
- Expertise in Cybersecurity / SaaS solutions
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Technical Account Managers
- Set performance goals and provide feedback and development opportunities
- Partner with leaders across TAM, Customer Success, Sales, and Product
- Balance workload and capacity of the team, building talent for future demand
- Proactively identify churn risks and develop mitigation strategies
