Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Multiple years experience managing TAM, presales, or equivalent technical solutions teams
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience managing recruitment process and scaling a team
  • Expertise in Cybersecurity / SaaS solutions

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Technical Account Managers
  • Set performance goals and provide feedback and development opportunities
  • Partner with leaders across TAM, Customer Success, Sales, and Product
  • Balance workload and capacity of the team, building talent for future demand
  • Proactively identify churn risks and develop mitigation strategies
