Description

You will support customers in adopting Leapwork's automation platform, providing technical support via chat and tickets, troubleshooting automation issues, and collaborating with development teams. Your work ensures successful customer outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience
• Fluent in business-level English with neutral accent
• At least 1 year in testing/software quality assurance
• At least 1 year with a major test automation platform (e.g., Selenium)
• Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Team City, Azure preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of automation technologies and troubleshoot automated processes
• Provide first-line technical support with quick issue resolution
• Handle customer queries via chat, tickets, and Q&A sessions
• Diagnose and resolve automation-related issues in collaboration with end users
• Log incidents in Jira and Salesforce, escalate complex issues, and support product testing
