You'll drive the roadmap for Justworks' Partner API and app marketplace, scaling a platform that integration partners depend on. You'll balance product and platform concerns to deliver value for small businesses and their advisors. This role offers the chance to shape the partner ecosystem for a growing global company serving 12,000+ businesses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive roadmap for Partner API and app marketplace
• Scope and prioritize new initiatives with research-backed case development
• Balance customer-facing and platform concerns
• Remove obstacles and develop team camaraderie

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in FinTech, Healthcare, or HR Tech with regulatory complexity
• Experience building platform products like APIs or marketplaces
• Track record of cross-functional leadership with engineering, design, and business teams

• Experience with partner ecosystems or integrations
• Background in small business or B2B SaaS
