Description

You will lead and mentor a team of MDR analysts, owning operational performance and serving as the technical escalation point during incidents. You'll drive continuous improvement of playbooks and processes while collaborating across teams to enhance the MDR service.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in SOC, IR, MDR or similar environment
• 1+ years experience in a leadership, mentorship, or team lead role
• Deep understanding of incident response workflows, EDR/XDR platforms, and attacker tactics (MITRE ATT&CK)
• Strong composure under pressure and ability to lead decisively
• Full professional fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and empower team of MDR analysts through regular 1:1s and feedback
• Define, track, and report on KPIs and service goals for the team
• Serve as primary technical escalation point during high-stress incidents
• Lead customer-facing escalation calls and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing playbooks and promoting knowledge sharing
