You'll own the global marketing systems, data, and process backbone that powers predictable pipeline growth. You'll lead end-to-end lead flow architecture from marketing touch to revenue, building feedback loops for smarter targeting. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Sales, Data Science, and Revenue Operations, enabling global scalability and cross-functional partnership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the global MarTech and AdTech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google, Meta.
- Design and maintain end-to-end lead-to-revenue infrastructure with real-time data flows.
- Establish global tracking standards for GTM, pixels, server-side tracking, and conversions.
- Lead global ad operations, tagging governance, and privacy-compliant measurement.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar in B2B SaaS.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Tag Manager.
- Proven experience owning global lead management, attribution, and lifecycle frameworks.
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and funnel analytics.
