💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end UX design process for digital health and ecommerce platforms, from research to polished UI. Your work will directly shape how customers discover, engage, and trust our products. This role is ideal for a hands-on IC who loves fast-paced design with a scrappy mindset.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design from research to high-fidelity UI
• Design and optimize experiences for ecommerce and internal platforms
• Plan and run user research interviews and usability testing
• Build and extend design system components and tokens

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with strong portfolio
• Ecommerce experience is mandatory
• Deep understanding of UX principles, journey mapping, and responsive design
• Strong command of Figma including components, variants, auto layout, tokens

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Contentful, or Builder.io
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
• Hands-on experience with CSS, Sass, or CSS Variables
