Description

You will lead the design and implementation of an Internal Developer Portal (IDP) to enable developer self-service automation, while also overseeing day-to-day DevOps operations for North American product teams. You'll drive infrastructure standardization, mentor a team, and foster adoption of the IDP across multiple development teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years DevOps experience
• 2+ years leading a DevOps team
• Advanced experience with Terraform
• Expertise in web app infrastructure: PHP, Apache, Nginx, DNS, SSL, CDNs
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and EC2 configuration with Ansible

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Internal Developer Portal (IDP) for infrastructure self-service
• Lead DevOps BAU activities including maintenance of IaC, scalability, reliability, and security
• Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers
• Develop and enforce security policies to safeguard systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
