• Lead servicing readiness and execution for new product launches.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, and execution of servicing business requests.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and Compliance.
• Ensure sub-servicers are operationally prepared for product updates.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in project and operational management in financial services or loan servicing.
• Deep understanding of servicing lifecycle processes and sub-servicer models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver on time.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite strongly preferred.
