💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the on-site HR authority for Backcountry's Virginia Fulfillment Center, owning the full people function for a high-volume hourly workforce. Your decisions directly shape culture, retention, and operational performance. This lean team offers full end-to-end responsibility and measurable impact from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full HR function for high-volume hourly workforce
• Partner with FC leadership on workforce planning and strategy
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and terminations
• Drive full-cycle recruiting and structured onboarding program
• Coach frontline supervisors on performance management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 5–8+ years progressive HR experience, 3+ in lead role
• Complex ER investigations and disciplinary advising
• Deep knowledge of federal/state employment law
