Description

You will partner with the CEO to define product vision and strategy in the AI and developer tools space, own the roadmap and execution, lead the product team, drive product-led growth, and collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and customer experience to ship high-quality features with velocity.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading product for developer tools or platform company through rapid growth
• Deep product instincts in technical and AI-driven categories
• Experience building and scaling product function from early/growth stage
• Ability to partner with technical founder or CEO
• Strong command of product-led growth mechanics in enterprise SaaS
• Comfortable across full product lifecycle
• Experience with enterprise go-to-market and land-and-expand
• Track record of shipping at high velocity with strategic coherence
• Experience hiring and leading high-performing product teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO to define product vision and strategy
• Drive product roadmap balancing customer needs and long-term differentiation
• Own day-to-day execution and keep roadmap sharp
• Lead product team with high bar for clarity and speed
• Drive product-led growth (activation, expansion, retention)
• Translate customer insight into sharp product priorities
• Work with Engineering to scope and ship features with velocity
• Partner with Design for intuitive product experience
• Collaborate with Sales to understand enterprise buyer needs
• Define success metrics and use data for prioritization
