💼 About This Role

You'll own Preply's GTM system landscape (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally, Intercom) and lead a small high-performing team to scale revenue operations. You'll drive automation and data integrity to accelerate global growth in a Barcelona-based hybrid role with relocation support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, and connected GTM tools.
• Identify and implement automation across lead scoring and deal management.
• Build and maintain dashboards for funnel metrics and forecasting.
• Lead and mentor a team of system specialists or analysts.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Systems in B2B SaaS.
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce administration and automation.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with no-code automation (Zapier, Workato, n8n).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted automation tools.
