💼 About This Role

You'll support legal, compliance, and operational workflows at a hypergrowth fintech company revolutionizing stablecoin payments. You'll handle corporate paralegal responsibilities while playing a critical role in partnerships and strategic initiatives, helping keep us compliant in the fast-paced cryptocurrency regulatory environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and manage legal documents including NDAs, vendor, and partnership agreements
• Organize corporate records and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
• Support contract lifecycle oversight and track renewals, expirations, and obligations
• Manage domestic and international lending and money transmitter licensing workflows

📋 Requirements

• At least 4 years experience as a corporate or commercial paralegal in an AmLaw 200 firm or mature in-house team
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of complex projects with independent decision-making
• Exceptional organization and detail-oriented approach with strong judgment and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with GSuite or Office365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, DocuSign, and contract management software like SpotDraft or Ironclad
