Description

As part of One Medical, you'll manage a diverse patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, both in-office and via telehealth. You'll collaborate with your team during daily huddles and weekly clinical rounds, leveraging technology to provide high-quality primary care. This role allows you to perform in-office procedures and grow your clinical expertise in a supportive, human-centered environment.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages, OR 1 year primary care plus 1 year fellowship or urgent care
• State licensed in Florida by start date
• Effective communication with diverse populations
• Proficiency in evidence-based primary care and technology

Responsibilities
