You'll lead the rollout of new hardware/software products at a leading Embodied AI company, bridging product development, engineering, and fleet operations. Your focus is ensuring seamless launches that meet performance, quality, and adoption goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive program milestones for agile hardware/software development cycles.
• Develop and refine scalable NPI frameworks for agile cycles.
• Align development roadmaps with release readiness and quality standards.
• Coordinate launch readiness across engineering and fleet operations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years in hardware/software product development or technical program management.
• 3+ years in NPI role.
• Understanding of Agile, CI/CD, DevOps practices.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion.
• ADAS or Autonomous Vehicle experience.
