Description

You will lead payor contract implementations, drive revenue cycle issue resolutions, and spearhead cross-functional strategic initiatives to grow Ophelia's business. Reporting to the Senior Director, Payor Strategy Contracting, you'll manage both internal and external stakeholders in a telehealth startup focused on treating opioid use disorder.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in execution/project management roles
• 2+ years in provider credentialing and/or revenue cycle management
• 3+ years working with managed care contracts and initiatives
• Track record of owning successful projects (on time, on budget, within scope)
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
