💼 About This Role

You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for customers by sharing your fandom knowledge and helping them find the merch they love. You'll stock products, merchandise the store, and process sales transactions. This part-time role offers the chance to work in the loudest store in the mall with a team of pop culture enthusiasts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Cover sales floor zone and maintain visual standards.
• Process transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 lbs.
