💼 About This Role

You'll own social media execution, create video content, and build community for C1, an AI-native identity security platform trusted by enterprises. Your work will drive awareness and engagement with technical buyers through short-form video, newsletters, and social channels. You'll use AI tools to repurpose content at scale and stay on top of social trends to keep our audience connected.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement on LinkedIn and emerging channels.
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content for YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Help launch and grow customer community, including Reddit, driving conversations.
• Identify and manage relationships with creators in identity and security space.
• Repurpose blogs, guides, and campaigns into social posts, videos, and emails.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or marketing communications.
• Video-native with experience creating and editing short-form video content.
• Strong executor able to manage multiple streams of work reliably.
• Social-first mindset understanding content performance on LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Experience working with influencers or creators.
• Experience building or managing a Reddit or online community.
