You'll lead daily operations at a Hair Color Bar, ensuring excellent guest experiences and supporting team performance. You'll step in as manager-on-duty and develop leadership skills to grow into the next Manager. • Active cosmetology license in Texas
• 1+ year colorist experience in salon
• 1+ year leadership experience in customer-facing role
