📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with strong sourcing emphasis
• Proven track record sourcing technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)
• Experience with ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
• Experience in fast-growing startups
