You'll shape the brand identity for Southeast Asia's leading digital insurance platform, BJAK. You'll lead creative campaigns across markets to drive both brand impact and business growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who wants to build a high-performing creative team in a fast-moving fintech environment.

- Evolve BJAK's brand identity across all platforms
- Translate business goals into compelling creative concepts
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team
- Design and manage creative workflows for speed and quality
๐ Requirements
- 4-6 years in creative, brand, or design leadership roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling and campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience leading and developing creative teams

- Experience in fintech or high-growth consumer brands
- Knowledge of digital content strategy
- Familiarity with Canva and modern production workflows
