Description

You will own high-complexity recruitment workflows, optimize technology stack, ensure compliance with global standards, and lead cross-functional change management to scale recruiting operations at Roblox.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex recruiting operations initiatives
• Deep expertise with Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, GoodTime or similar HRIS
• Proven operational rigor and strategic planning aptitude
• Experience pulling and interpreting data from recruiting tools
• Familiarity with TA policy, governance, and compliance

Responsibilities

• Own high-complexity recruitment workflows and processes
• Provide ad hoc support and oversight of TA tooling initiatives
• Leverage data to generate actionable insights for operational strategy
• Champion compliance with global governance, GDPR, and EEO standards
• Manage cross-functional change management for process shifts
