You'll serve as the post-sales technical lead for customer workloads on Snowflake, combining technical guidance with commercial growth strategies. Your core impact is driving customer adoption and consumption while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and identify expansion opportunities. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to identify growth strategies
- Develop deep understanding of customer environment and provide expert technical advice
- Manage and implement strategy for efficient workload consumption
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to access new features and previews
- Act as technical advisor for production workloads in large organizations
๐ Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 8+ years managing enterprise customer relationships as Technical Lead or TAM
- 5+ years working with AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or Scala

- Snowflake or cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure)
