💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end payor enrollment lifecycle for providers at a virtual care clinic focused on women's midlife health. You'll establish workflows and drive enrollment timelines to ensure clinicians are properly credentialed across payors. This role combines execution and systems-level work in a fast-scaling healthcare startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end payor enrollment lifecycle for providers
• Review and attest to CAQH profiles for accuracy
• Submit and track payor enrollment applications across health plans
• Act as point of contact for enrollment-related escalations

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in provider enrollment or credentialing
• Hands-on experience with payor enrollment applications and follow-up
• Experience working with providers, payors, or health systems
• Familiarity with credentialing databases and CAQH

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Certifications such as CPCS or CPMSM
