Description

As an IoT Embedded Linux Engineer at Augury, you'll design and own the software stack powering our edge devices. You will craft resilient Linux-based systems, ensure secure cloud connectivity, and collaborate across teams to deliver production-ready devices at scale, directly impacting industrial AI solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years embedded Linux experience shipping production devices
• Proficiency in C/C++/Go/Rust with OOP and multi-threading
• Hands-on with Buildroot or Yocto
• Solid understanding of Linux kernel, device trees, bootloaders, systemd
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, TLS, MQTT, Wi-Fi/cellular

Responsibilities

• Own the embedded Linux platform: BSP, kernel, device tree, bootloaders, systemd, upgrades
• Develop user-space applications in C++/Go/Rust for device logic
• Build production images using Yocto or Buildroot
• Implement secure OTA updates with A/B partitions and rollback
• Harden devices for security and ensure robust connectivity
