💼 About This Role

You'll lead GTM analytics and planning within Remote's Revenue Operations, building the data frameworks that dictate how we scale. Your core impact will be executing data strategy, translating commercial goals into governed data models. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead execution of GTM analytics vision across global sales organization
• Manage measurement framework for Top-of-Funnel and Partnerships
• Maintain source-of-truth for Sales and Account Management performance
• Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles with Finance and RevOps
• Build predictive models for sales attainment and revenue pacing

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Analytics in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Proven track record in GTM planning including capacity modeling and quota setting
• High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt for scalable data models
• Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R for modeling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tooling (e.g., LLMs) for GTM workflows
• Deep understanding of SDR/BDR motions and Partner ecosystems
• Strong grasp of statistical concepts applied to sales velocity
