You'll join the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, providing outpatient therapy to a diverse client base. Your work will directly expand access to mental healthcare in the Mishawaka area. You'll enjoy hybrid telemedicine and in-person care with full administrative support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient therapy to assigned caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress in electronic health records
• Collaborate with care team on patient care coordination

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed as LMHC in the State of Indiana
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Ability to deliver care in a hybrid telemedicine and in-person setting
