🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive the Care Tech roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term bets
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritization frameworks
• Lead and develop Product Managers and Designers, fostering strong product craft
• Drive AI adoption across the care stack, from workflows to conversational experiences

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years leading other Product Managers
• Track record of building internal platforms or operational tooling at scale
• Hands-on exposure to AI-powered products or features
