Description

You will lead a team of Government Property Managers overseeing the lifecycle management of customer-owned and company property, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations. You'll develop strategies to scale operations, conduct audits, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 7-10 years experience managing customer property
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams
• In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 245
• Extensive experience with compliance audits (internal and DCMA/DCAA)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of property and compliance professionals
• Oversee lifecycle management of government, customer, company-owned, and capital property
• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies aligned with FAR Part 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 252.244-7001
• Manage and execute internal and external compliance audits (e.g., DCMA)
• Act as primary customer contact for federal operations and government property activities
