Description
You will lead enterprise-aligned partnerships in the DACH region, driving strategic collaboration with global and regional agency and systems integrator partners to create pipeline, influence deals, and develop scalable joint offerings. You'll work closely with enterprise sales leadership to embed partners into account strategies and joint go-to-market motions.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in enterprise partner management or alliances within SaaS or agency/SI environment
- Experience with systems integrators, digital agencies, or consulting partners
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong understanding of enterprise digital platforms (martech, CMS, composable architecture, or commerce ecosystems)
- Demonstrated experience building and executing joint GTM strategies with partners
Responsibilities
- Own and develop relationships with global systems integrators and regional agency partners in DACH
- Serve as primary liaison between partners and enterprise sales teams for account strategy alignment
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners focused on enterprise customers
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ACV growth through account mapping and joint planning
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and field teams to enable partners and activate initiatives
