Description

You will lead cross-functional AI engineering teams, partner with product managers to ensure high-quality AI products, and drive the AI tech roadmap. Your role focuses on enabling teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure AI systems while fostering a healthy leadership pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's/PhD a plus)
• 3–5 years as Data Scientist, ML or AI Engineer building AI products
• 5–7+ years in tech-leadership managing AI/Data/ML engineering teams
• Deep understanding of ML development lifecycle and trade-offs
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead two to four cross-functional engineering teams (15–35 people)
• Partner with AI lead product manager to ensure product quality and business value
• Enable teams to deliver high-quality AI products, removing impediments and managing dependencies
• Provide high-level architectural oversight for scalability, reliability, and security
• Drive creation and update of AI tech roadmap, balancing innovation and technical debt
