You'll join our EPC team to design utility-scale BESS infrastructure for a sustainable battery supply chain. You'll lead electrical engineering from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with key codes and standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead electrical engineering for utility-scale BESS projects from concept to construction.
• Interface with utilities for interconnection studies and compliance.
• Design AC/DC electrical systems using transformers, inverters, and battery modules.
• Develop schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, and protection strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Nevada or eligibility for reciprocity.
• 5+ years experience in solar, energy storage, or microgrid sectors.
• 3+ years focused on BESS design and deployment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in PSSE and PSLF for transmission-level load flow.
• Experience with PSCAD or EMTC for electromagnetic transient simulations.
• Knowledge of HVDC systems and converter station design.
