You'll be a founding member of a new Resilience Engineering function, acting as a force multiplier for all engineering teams. You'll tackle critical challenges in performance, scalability, and observability across product teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product teams on high-impact performance projects.
• Dive deep into incidents to drive systemic improvements.
• Design reusable resilience patterns and tooling.
• Own and advance observability strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years building and shipping complex production systems.
• Deep expertise in metrics, logs, and traces.
• Experience instrumenting complex distributed systems.
• Ability to mentor and influence without authority.
