💼 About This Role

You'll deliver quality hair color services and excellent guest care at Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. You'll help guests find the best color, execute services with perfection, and contribute to sales goals. You'll build relationships in a focused, friendly environment and support training of Assistant Colorists.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide consultations and all services including shampooing, styling, and chemical services.
• Attend to guest needs to select best products and color.
• Achieve monthly sales goals including retail, services, memberships.
• Ensure Hair Color Bar meets cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair.
• Effective communication and problem-solving in fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
