You'll lead electrical design for next-gen defense systems at a fast-growing defense tech startup. You'll own PCB design, prototyping, and testing for mission-critical hardware. This role offers direct impact on national security projects with startup agility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design embedded electronic circuit boards with MCUs and communication busses
• Create schematic and PCB layouts using Altium Designer for flight avionics
• Rapidly construct and test prototypes with lab equipment
• Develop design documentation and product specifications

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in defense or aerospace
• Proficiency in Altium Designer or Cadence
• Experience with high-performance MCUs, high-speed digital, analog, power, and interface ICs

• Security clearance or ability to obtain one
• Familiarity with MIL-STD and defense industry standards
• Hands-on experience with hardware prototyping and testing
