💼 About This Role

You'll run a full recruiting desk for mission-critical roles at SpaceX, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and close top talent. Your work directly impacts the company's ambitious goal of enabling human life on Mars. This role offers the chance to shape candidates' first impression of a leading aerospace company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount and hiring strategy
• Screen and source candidates for mission-critical positions
• Coordinate candidate interviews and give facility tours
• Manage offer process including negotiations and extensions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience, or associate degree with 2+ years, or 3+ years in lieu of degree
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Bastrop, TX
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident per ITAR requirements
