💼 About This Role

You'll ensure legal compliance for Winamax's Spanish operations, working with a multicultural team in Paris. You'll manage regulatory interactions and advise internal teams on Spanish law.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Accompany internal teams in procedures before Spanish regulatory authorities
• Manage interactions with gambling, data protection, and AML authorities
• Ensure compliance of products, communications, and promotions with Spanish law
• Advise marketing, product, and IT teams on legal and regulatory matters

📋 Requirements

• Law degree and master's in Private Law
• 2+ years professional experience as legal counsel or compliance officer
• Solid knowledge of Spanish legal and regulatory framework
• Fluent Spanish and working knowledge of French or English

• Experience in internet, sports, audiovisual, or medical sectors
• Knowledge of regulator expectations and methods
