You will lead procurement and material planning for radar defense programs, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR in a startup environment. This role involves shaping procurement strategy, managing suppliers, and preparing for government contracts, with high visibility and direct impact on company growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of supply chain, procurement, or material planning experience in aerospace or defense.
• Experience with government-defined contracts and FAR/DFARS/ITAR/AS9100 standards.
• Experience managing long lead-time, high-complexity radar defense components.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement and material planning strategies aligned with product development and production schedules.
• Manage long lead-time components, prototype-to-production transitions, and evolving bills of material.
• Establish procurement processes compliant with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and contract flow-down requirements.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers; negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms.
• Analyze material costs, identify cost reduction opportunities, and implement risk mitigation plans.
