You'll drive revenue growth within existing accounts by executing a territory sales strategy for MongoDB. Your core impact involves closing deals and building strong customer relationships, supported by world-class sales enablement and leadership.

  • Identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.
  • Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users.
  • Build strong relationships for growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams.

  • 8+ years field experience with quota-carrying in a competitive market.
  • Proven ability to sell into new lines of business within open accounts.
  • Track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
  • Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology.

  • Familiarity with databases, developers, and open source technology.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
