You'll drive revenue growth within existing accounts by executing a territory sales strategy for MongoDB. Your core impact involves closing deals and building strong customer relationships, supported by world-class sales enablement and leadership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline.
- Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users.
- Build strong relationships for growth opportunities.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years field experience with quota-carrying in a competitive market.
- Proven ability to sell into new lines of business within open accounts.
- Track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology.

- Familiarity with databases, developers, and open source technology.
- Previous Sales Methodology training (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
