🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal support on capital markets transactions
• Prepare materials for Board of Directors and committees
• Develop securities disclosures and reporting materials
• Advise cross-functional partners on corporate matters

📋 Requirements

• JD from accredited law school and active bar membership
• 4-7 years corporate and securities experience at top-tier law firm
• Deep expertise in capital markets, governance, and regulatory compliance

• In-house experience at a technology or high-growth company
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini)
