You'll lead a team of Major Account Managers driving new business and expanding Datadog's footprint with strategic clients in North America. Your core impact is achieving enterprise bookings quotas through mentorship, strategy, and deal execution. This hybrid role offers high visibility and bold revenue targets.

  • Manage, hire, train and ramp a team of Major Account Managers
  • Achieve annual Enterprise bookings quota with monthly and quarterly targets
  • Coach Major Account Managers on building executive relationships and complex deals
  • Shape go-to-market strategy and execution for your region

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years overall Enterprise sales experience with Fortune 1000 companies
  • Experience managing a high performing Enterprise Sales team for a B2B technology company
  • Confident managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and negotiations
  • Skilled in selling to C-level executives in the IT space

  • Passionate about coaching others with a track record as an individual contributor
  • Experienced in setting quotas and managing people against quotas
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC and Command of the Message sales methodologies
