Description

In this role, you will design and build large-scale AI systems that power safety data needs at Roblox. You'll implement pipelines for curating multimodal datasets to train ML models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable safety solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience designing and deploying large-scale ML systems in production
• Graduate degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or related field
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Experience with fine-tuning VLMs, LLMs, or large multimodal models is a plus
• Data system oriented, collaborative, curious, impact-driven

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own critical components of AI systems for safety data
• Implement robust pipelines for curating high-quality multimodal datasets
• Advance AI systems infrastructure with frameworks for data quality and synthetic data generation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data and AI solutions
• Shape and influence company's data culture and best practices
