Description
You will own and grow relationships with Enterprise and Fortune 500 customers, focusing on expansion, renewal, and net revenue retention. This is a sales role where you'll build strategic relationships with executives, identify expansion opportunities, and manage renewal cycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical account management, customer success, or technical sales with quota experience
- Experience building net new pipeline with existing opportunities
- Managing relationships and renewals with Fortune 1000 customers
- Working knowledge of DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, database management, or application development
- Proven track record of executive-level relationship development
Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with VP and C-suite executives
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption and expansion
- Identify and close expansion opportunities through understanding customer challenges
- Manage renewal cycles and protect existing revenue
- Develop and execute territory plans, manage pipeline and revenue forecasting
