💼 About This Role

You'll lead food safety and quality assurance for a major meal kit company, managing a team of hourly FSQA technicians. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Train and provide guidance to hourly FSQA technicians on checks and documentation
• Maintain records for GMPs, HACCP, holds, calibrations, and SOPs
• Initiate RCA investigations and execute corrective actions (CAPA)

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent leadership experience
• 3+ years of quality assurance experience in a leadership role
• Proven track record in technology-driven, developing companies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of HACCP and regulatory standards
• Bilingual in Spanish
