Description

You will lead, mentor, and grow an engineering team focused on building repayment systems for international expansion. Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class repayment experiences, own system reliability and performance, and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering with leadership, 1+ year as engineering manager
• Fluency in backend development
• Experience architecting, building, launching consumer-scale products
• Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of loan lifecycle and delinquency assessment is a plus
