🎯 What You'll Do

• Achieve area collection targets and control flow cases
• Manage productivity of collection officers and agencies
• Monitor performance and conduct weekly reviews
• Ensure adequate field resources per bucket/segment

📋 Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in Collections
• Proven people management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Working knowledge of computers

• Graduation or Post Graduation degree
• Experience in financial services collections
• Knowledge of legal/police procedures in recovery
