Description

You will manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, overseeing vehicle repairs to meet production and quality goals. Your role involves coaching team members, resolving conflicts, and ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (last 3 years)
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning process
• Ability to work overtime and variable schedule

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed production and quality goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Oversee day-to-day activities, coach and develop team members
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• Train team using Quality Control standards to minimize rework
