🎯 What You'll Do

• Support design and implementation of clinical protocols and medical policies.
• Analyze medical records to ensure accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPC code assignments.
• Evaluate treatment plans and audit claims to identify discrepancies.
• Partner with underwriting to provide coding insights for risk assessment.

📋 Requirements

• Medical coding certification completion.
• 5+ years of medical coding experience.
• 2+ years in a health plan, TPA, or managed care organization.
• Expert knowledge of ICD, CPT, and HCPC coding systems.
