💼 About This Role

You'll handle complex tax returns and supervise staff at Accuity, a top Hawaii public accounting firm. You'll resolve tax issues, draft IRS responses, and build client relationships. This hybrid role offers a relocation package for out-of-state candidates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare complex tax returns for corporate, partnership, S-Corp, and not-for-profit entities.
• Review staff-prepared returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze IRS notices and draft responses.
• Delegate work and provide feedback to tax staff.

📋 Requirements

• Accounting and tax experience with corporate and partnership returns.
• Effective communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Proficiency in research tools and methods.
• Ability to supervise and train less experienced staff.
