Description

You will lead the development of end-to-end solutions for unmanned aerial systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architecture. You'll design and maintain system components, conduct testing, and integrate software with hardware in a defense technology environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in systems engineering
• Familiarity with systems modeling tools such as Cameo
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on build and prototyping of complex robotic systems
• Must hold a U.S. Secret security clearance and be able to obtain Top Secret

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution development with cross-functional teams to define requirements and architecture
• Design, develop, and maintain system components meeting functional and performance requirements
• Conduct testing and debugging for reliability, scalability, and resilience in distributed systems
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and product managers for seamless software-hardware integration
• Define and document software engineering processes adhering to quality and regulatory standards
